I recently acquired a 1989 BMW E30 Touring. It's a left hand drive 320i that came from Italy in Lachssilber Metallic (Silver) over grey cloth interior with an Mtech II steering wheel and IS side skirts. My friend Rick just purchased a 2015 328xi (F31) Touring with the M Sport package (among others) in Melbourne Red over black leather interior. He stopped by and we thought it would be a good opportunity for an impromptu comparison of 25 years of BMW touring evolution. The first 3 Series touring and the latest 3 Series touring. I apologize in advance for the lack of a good background.
